Loving your houseboat Designs, and am leaning towards achieving that here in Ft.Lauderdale as soon as I could possible sell the condo, I was a great plan back in '05 to buy this and sell it in a few years to put a nice A-frame roof on my project up in the mountains of NC, theres some great spots to moor a shallow draft houseboat all over around here, but, I am apparently anchored to my underwater condo until times improve, but find myself dreaming of the lower slung canalboat style to weather the storm season...
